Information for members
The Handbook is a general introduction and useful guide to the workings of the Fairhazel Co-operative, for both new and existing members.
All faults and repair requests should be reported to the Office. For any emergencies outside of office hours, contact a Management Committee member.
The Co-op has a number of ways to handle complaints, depending on the type of complaint being made. Please refer to the Handbook for more information.
The Co-op has a number of policies in place. These are in addition to the Rules that govern our tenancy agreements. Policies and the Rules are available upon request.
The Fairhazel Magazine
The Fairhazel is the Co-op magazine, free to all members. It comes out regularly, independent of any committee or working party, and is edited and produced by Co-op members.
If you are interested in writing, editing, publishing, illustration, photography etc, please ask at the Office for the date and time of the next editorial meeting.Contact us
