Self-sustaining social housing

Our members manage the Co-op on a voluntary basis. In addition to paying rent, we give our time to organise everything from our complex financial and legal affairs to arranging community events.

We provide essential sustainable social housing and support for vulnerable tenants; the majority of our nominations come from Camden Council’s housing list. We also provide accommodation for key workers in Camden.
