The Fairhazel Co-operative is the oldest fully mutual housing co-op in London. We are a sustainable small business run by our members for our members (all of whom are also tenants) according to fully mutual co-operative principles and rules
Self-sustaining social housing
Our members manage the Co-op on a voluntary basis. In addition to paying rent, we give our time to organise everything from our complex financial and legal affairs to arranging community events
